Physical Therapist (PT) – Full-Time | Rifle, CO Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (40 Hours/Week) Location: Rifle, Colorado Company: Talented Medical Solutions – Nurse-Owned. Talented Medical Solutions , a nurse-owned healthcare staffing agency, is hiring a full-time PT for a rewarding role in Rifle, CO . Help patients regain independence while working in a town where outdoor adventure and small-town charm go hand in hand. Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday (8 hours/day) Setting: Outpatient or Inpatient Rehab (based on facility needs) Status: Full-time contract (40 hours/week) Start Date: ASAP or upon availability Pay: Competitive weekly compensation, based on experience Nurse-owned agency—we understand and support clinical professionals Transparent, responsive communication and ongoing support Opportunities for contract extensions or future placements Bi-weekly direct deposit with competitive rates Evaluate and treat patients with physical impairments, pain, or mobility limitations Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on clinical goals Utilize therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and patient education Document treatment sessions accurately and timely Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver exceptional care Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program BLS certification (AHA preferred) Minimum of 1 year of recent PT experience preferred Excellent communication, time management, and patient rapport skills Why Rifle, CO?
