Behavioral Health Technician

Company Description Better Half of Me Behavioral Wellness LLC is developing a premium residential home in the Greater Phoenix Area to provide structured, supportive behavioral health care for adult men. The environment is designed around safety, dignity, and respect, offering consistent routines and professional support. Care is coordinated closely with each individual’s broader treatment team to promote continuity and effective outcomes. Team members will work in a setting that emphasizes collaboration, person-centered care, and the development of practical skills for long-term wellness. What you will do: Provide direct care and supervision for up to 10 adult residents Support daily living, meals, activities, and appointments Assist with medication pass per your training Document daily notes and observations accurately Keep the home safe, clean, and welcoming Support residents' recovery and treatment goals What we are looking for: 18+ with a high school diploma or GED Arizona Level 1 fingerprint clearance card (or ability to obtain one) CPR/First Aid certification (or willing to obtain) Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Caring, patient, team-oriented Behavioral health or residential care experience a plus (not required - we train) #J-18808-Ljbffr Better Half of Me Behavioral Wellness LLC
