Job Description This role focuses on securing enterprise environments by leveraging Zscaler, Cisco ASA, Palo Alto, and other Cyber Security technologies. The Security Consultant will act as an advanced Zscaler SME for both ZIA and ZPA, leading policy development, operational support, and troubleshooting. Responsibilities also include evaluating and integrating security solutions, designing PKIs, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Technical/Functional Skills Zscaler (ZIA & ZPA) CISSP or CEH or similar certification Experience with Cisco ASA Experience with Palo Alto Experience with IPS Roles & Responsibilities Act as an advanced Zscaler SME, building policy, analyzing operations, and troubleshooting. Fully understand end‑to‑end operations and troubleshooting processes. Deploy and manage App Connectors; provide ZDX overview. Determine security requirements by evaluating business strategies and objectives. Plan security systems by evaluating network and security technologies; develop requirements for LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls, and related devices. Design public key infrastructures (PKIs), including certification authorities (CAs) and digital signatures. Apply industry standards and understand organizational strategy and operating objectives. Make independent decisions with minimal direction and follow established guidelines and procedures. Experience & Qualifications Less than 5 years of technical Cyber Security experience OR more years of project leadership experience. Experience integrating Cyber Security technologies with existing technologies. Experience implementing Cyber Security technologies with enterprise‑wide impact. Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field (e.g., Computer Science). Passion for contributing to continuous improvement of consumer experiences.
