Reporting to the General Manager, this role is responsible for running 5 full-time HVAC techs currently generating $6MM in revenue. We are looking for someone who is an outstanding leader, someone who can move up and help grow the overall business. This position offers a starting base salary+bonuses, a company truck and gas card.
