Regional Sales Director

Director of Regional Sales Courier Express | Full-Time About the Opportunity Courier Express is seeking an experienced and motivated Director of Regional Sales to lead, develop, and support our regional sales team. This leadership position plays a key role in driving sales performance, executing strategic initiatives, and supporting the continued growth of our organization. The ideal candidate is a results-driven leader with strong communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a passion for coaching and developing high-performing sales professionals. Key Responsibilities Lead and execute regional sales strategies to support company growth and business objectives. Coach, mentor, and develop Regional Account Managers to maximize individual and team performance. Establish performance expectations, monitor results, and hold team members accountable for achieving strategic sales goals. Collaborate with corporate departments to ensure the successful onboarding, implementation, and ongoing support of customer accounts. Participate in the development and continuous improvement of organizational sales processes. Oversee sales pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting to identify opportunities and support business planning. Ensure accurate and effective use of customer relationship management (CRM) software. Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals who demonstrate Courier Express's values and company culture. Partner with executive leadership on corporate planning, sales initiatives, and long-term growth strategies. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor's degree or 3+ years of previous management experience preferred. Proven leadership abilities with experience managing, coaching, and developing sales teams. Strong understanding of strategic selling, sales processes, and business development. Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong organizational, administrative, and time management abilities. Ability to analyze sales performance, identify opportunities, and implement effective solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Power BI preferred. Adaptable, collaborative, and capable of working effectively across multiple departments.
