Key Responsibilities\n- \n

- Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to support clients in their journey towards mental wellness. \n
- Maintain meticulous clinical records that ensure compliance with HIPAA and other regulatory standards, demonstrating administrative diligence in your practice. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and other professionals, to provide holistic mental health care and facilitate comprehensive treatment strategies. \n
- Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings aimed at enhancing the quality of care and staying updated with best practices in the mental health field. \n
- Offer education and supportive resources to clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment pathways, and community support options. \n
- Commit to continuous professional development by engaging with the latest research and advancements in mental health, establishing your practice as evidence-based and up-to-date. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, addressing complex mental health issues, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and stress-related disorders. Your contribution is crucial in fostering resilience and helping clients navigate their paths to mental well-being.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- An active license to practice as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in the state of Washington. \n
- Demonstrated ability to employ solution-focused psychotherapeutic techniques, enabling clients to achieve their individual treatment goals. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build trusting relationships with clients. \n
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to skillfully navigate client complexities and foster positive outcomes. \n
