Responsibilities Process customer orders from entry through delivery. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries. Coordinate with sales, operations, production, shipping, finance, and technical teams. Support service requests, repairs, and returns. Maintain accurate customer and order information in Salesforce. Provide proactive updates and exceptional customer service. Help identify opportunities to improve processes and customer experience. Qualifications 2+ years of customer service, customer support, or order management experience. Experience with order entry and order processing. Salesforce experience required. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable learning technical products and terminology. Preferred Experience Experience in manufacturing, technology, semiconductor, medical device, or industrial environments. Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) experience.
