Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct detailed assessments and screenings to identify client mental health concerns, and develop personalized treatment plans based on these evaluations. \n
- Create individualized treatment strategies addressing specific client challenges and recovery goals, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. \n
- Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, ensuring an interactive and supportive atmosphere that encourages client participation. \n
- Collaborate closely with a team of healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers to provide comprehensive care that addresses the complexities of each client’s situation. \n
- Educate and provide support to clients’ families, enhancing their understanding of mental health issues and empowering them to take an active role in the recovery process. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential records in compliance with all relevant regulatory and ethical guidelines, ensuring the highest standards of client privacy and care. \n
Our clients represent a diverse population ranging from adolescents to adults facing various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. The role entails working with clients from different cultural backgrounds, allowing for the development of superior cultural competence and a deep understanding of unique socio-economic factors affecting mental health.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Possession of a valid and current mental health license, including but not limited to Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD). \n
- A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required. \n
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and foster a supportive therapeutic alliance. \n
- A compassionate, empathetic, and non-judgmental approach to facilitate meaningful client interactions. \n
- Strong organizational skills and proficiency in managing multiple client caseloads alongside administrative responsibilities. \n

- Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to maintain accurate client records and treatment documentation. \n
- Clinical experience in providing therapy in a community health setting or similar environments. \n
- Knowledge of integrated care models and experience working within a multi-disciplinary team. \n

- Annual salary ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 based on experience and credentials. \n
