Missions :
En tant que Tech Lead Junior, vous accompagnerez l’équipe de développement dans la mise en œuvre de solutions techniques robustes, tout en développant vos compétences en encadrement, gestion de projets techniques et architecture logicielle.
Vous travaillerez aux côtés du Tech Lead senior, des développeurs et des chefs de projets pour assurer la qualité, la performance et la maintenabilité des produits livrés.
Vos principales missions :
Participer à l’architecture et aux choix techniques des projets
Encadrer techniquement une équipe de développeurs juniors (code review, bonnes pratiques)
Contribuer activement au développement back-end et/ou front-end selon les projets
Mettre en place des tests automatisés, CI/CD et outils de monitoring
Assurer la veille technologique et proposer des améliorations continues
Collaborer avec les équipes produit, design et infrastructure pour garantir la cohérence technique
Profil recherché :
Étudiant(e) en Bac +3 minimum en développement web, informatique ou équivalent
Vous souhaitez intégrer un Mastère Tech Lead à la rentrée
Solide maîtrise d’un ou plusieurs langages (JavaScript, Python, PHP, Java, etc.) et frameworks associés
Bonne compréhension des architectures web (REST, API, microservices...)
Intérêt pour le leadership technique et la gestion d’équipe
Esprit analytique, rigueur, autonomie et sens de la pédagogie
