We’re looking for someone who is self-motivated, hungry to grow, and ready to work hard.

You’ll have the backing of an established local agency and the Allstate brand, with the opportunity to build your own pipeline, develop strong relationships throughout Washington, and grow your income based on your performance.

What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through leads, referrals, networking, and follow-up
• Quote and sell auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella, and other insurance products
• Build relationships with customers and referral partners
• Cross-sell existing customers
• Consistently work toward sales and activity goals
• Take ownership of your pipeline and results

Who We’re Looking For

• Driven, competitive, and self-motivated
• Confident starting conversations and building relationships
• Comfortable working independently
• Coachable and eager to improve
• Excited to network and grow throughout Washington
• Sales experience preferred; insurance experience is not required
• Willing to obtain necessary Washington insurance licenses
