HVAC Service Technician

We are seeking highly motivated HVAC technicians with a strong commitment to professionalism and excellent customer service. The role focuses on the repair, maintenance, and short‑term installation of residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Job Summary The position entails service, repair, and maintenance of HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings. The role also requires temporary installation experience and the ability to install split and packaged units. Job Duties Service, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial HVAC systems. Determine the general condition of HVAC systems, troubleshoot malfunctions, and assess the extent of required repairs. Act as a clear communicator and liaison to customers. Keep work area neat and inspect it for cleanliness after each job. Demonstrate a safety‑conscious attitude on the job and while driving. Wear floor savers while inside clients’ homes. Maintain company vehicle, ensuring it remains clean both inside and outside. Learn and utilize technology as directed by management. Work Monday‑Friday, with availability to work Saturdays and Sundays if required. Place customer needs first. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Prior, successful experience as a HVAC technician (minimum 3 years preferred). NATE certification (preferred). EPA certification. Strong communication skills and technical competence. Willingness to learn new processes and procedures as new technology is introduced. High level of motivation and strong work ethics. Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen.
