Seeking 3 Billing Coordinators - Contract to Hire
Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00 and fully in office
Summary
The Billing Coordinator supports accurate and timely billing operations by preparing invoices, maintaining billing data, and providing responsive customer service. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficient data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process accurate customer invoices.
- Maintain billing records and enter data accurately.
- Use Microsoft Excel to organize and manage billing information.
- Respond to customer questions regarding invoices and billing details.
- Review billing information for completeness and accuracy.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in billing coordination.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associates or Bachelor's degree a plus
- Proficiency with Intermediate Microsoft Excel.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Customer service experience.
- Accurate data entry skills.
