Adecco, in partnership with Bloom Energy, is seeking motivated Assembly Technicians to join their dynamic manufacturing team in Fremont, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing energy company that values efficiency, quality, and safety.
What You’ll Do:
Perform complex and precise assembly of products following detailed specifications and instructions.
Select appropriate materials from kit carts to ensure smooth workflow.
Operate various machines and hand tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently.
Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.
Evaluate production processes and suggest modifications to enhance productivity and quality.
Conduct periodic quality checks to ensure product compliance with company standards.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.
Carry out additional duties as assigned to support team needs.
What You’ll Need:
High School Diploma or GED.
Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.
Familiarity with basic hand tools and assembly processes.
Strong English communication skills.
Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Shift Details:
12-hour shifts: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.
Work schedule: 3 days one week, 4 days the next, alternating.
