Adecco, in partnership with Bloom Energy, is seeking motivated Assembly Technicians to join their dynamic manufacturing team in Fremont, CA. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a rapidly growing energy company that values efficiency, quality, and safety.

What You’ll Do:

• Perform complex and precise assembly of products following detailed specifications and instructions.

• Select appropriate materials from kit carts to ensure smooth workflow.

• Operate various machines and hand tools to complete assembly tasks efficiently.

• Maintain, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on equipment to minimize downtime.

• Evaluate production processes and suggest modifications to enhance productivity and quality.

• Conduct periodic quality checks to ensure product compliance with company standards.

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations to ensure a safe working environment.

• Carry out additional duties as assigned to support team needs.

What You’ll Need:

• High School Diploma or GED.

• Prior manufacturing or assembly experience preferred.

• Familiarity with basic hand tools and assembly processes.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.

• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Shift Details:

• 12-hour shifts: 6am-6pm or 6pm-6am.

• Work schedule: 3 days one week, 4 days the next, alternating.

Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
