Welding Supervisor

PAY : $32.00 per hour
LOCATION : Brooks, OR
SCHEDULE : 6:00am-2:30pm with possible overtime. Overtime if needed, would be 5:00am-2:30pm/3:30pm.

We are currently hiring a Welding Supervisor for a fast-paced manufacturing and fabrication environment. This is a great opportunity for an experienced welding professional ready to lead a team, ensure quality standards, and support production goals.


Job Duties:

• Supervise welding and fabrication team members on daily production work
• Ensure weld quality meets company and customer specifications
• Assign work, monitor progress, and support workflow efficiency
• Review blueprints, drawings, and work orders
• Enforce safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
• Assist with hands-on welding and fabrication as needed
• Support training and development of welders and fabricators

Requirements:

• Previous welding experience required
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong knowledge of welding processes and fabrication standards
• Strong communication and team leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic required
