VP, FP&A

For our client, we are seeking a VP FP&A to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will strengthen forecasting, budgeting, and financial planning processes that guide business decisions. You will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to improve planning processes, financial discipline, controls, and resource allocation. The position offers the opportunity to influence enterprise performance and scalable financial operations within a technology-driven environment. Location: Jersey City, NJ - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available. Compensation: $240,000 – $320,000 annually. Responsibilities Serve as a strategic advisor to CFO and executive team on growth and investment decisions Collaborate with executives to create a strategic roadmap with clear growth targets and KPIs Lead the development of long-range plans that translate strategies into financial objectives Deliver performance insights and recommendations to the CEO, CFO, and Board Manage the Annual Operating Plan and rolling forecasts across regions and functions Transform planning models for enhanced accuracy and faster decision-making Develop SaaS-specific operating models and KPI dashboards Qualifications 15+ years in FP&A or strategic finance, ideally in a scaling SaaS environment In-depth knowledge of SaaS metrics, operating models, and value drivers Strong analytical, modeling, and executive communication capabilities Experience in building and scaling global finance teams MBA, CPA, CFA, or similar advanced credential is preferred but not mandatory Willingness to travel as needed Benefits Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, and vision 401(k) plan with matching contributions Unlimited paid time off (PTO) Opportunities for bonuses, commissions, or equity (RSUs) based on the role Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
