Providing exceptional customer support, the full-time Licensed Insurance Agent will manage client accounts, handle policy changes, and develop strong relationships with clients and carriers in a remote setting. Key responsibilities Servicing all aspects of client accounts, including policy changes, cancellations, and account updates Developing strong relationships with clients and carriers while identifying customer needs for satisfaction Preparing necessary paperwork and entering activities in the AMS360 management system Required qualifications Proven customer support experience or experience as a customer service representative Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance License Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a high-volume work environment Strong attention to detail with decision-making skills
