About the Role: Lymphedema Occupational Therapist (Outpatient) - Farmington, CT We are seeking a CLT-LANA certified specialist at our outpatient clinic located in Farmington. HHRN is part of an integrated healthcare system and there is opportunity to interact and collaborate with physicians, mid-level practitioners and other therapists treating our lymphedema patient population.

Evaluate patient with lymphedema and create Plan of Care

Demonstrate competence in manual lymph drainage, multi-layer bandaging, compression garment selection and application

Provide patient and/or caregiver training for home program including MLD, bandaging as needed, application of compression garments, and skin care

Provide appropriate and safe exercise plan for patient with lymphedema, with modifications to functional ability

Qualifications:

Bachelors, Masters or Doctoral Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program Current State of CT Occupational Therapy license required or active temporary license at time of hire LANA Certification Regular Standard Hours Per Week : 40 Schedule : Full-time (40 hours) Shift Details : Varying shifts to cover our clinics' operating hours of 7am-7pm Monday thru Thursday, 7am-5pm on Friday.
