Product Manager, Payments

Owning critical parts of the member lifecycle, the full-time remote Product Manager, Payments will manage onboarding, activation, subscriptions, and reactivation processes, focusing on enhancing payment experiences for members. Key responsibilities Own key parts of the membership lifecycle end to end, including onboarding, activation, payments, subscriptions, and reactivation Develop a deep understanding of membership and payment funnels, using data to identify opportunities and improve conversion Lead a cross-functional team across engineering, design, and data to drive product initiatives forward Required qualifications 4+ years of product management experience, particularly with consumer subscription products Deep production experience with Apple StoreKit payments and subscriptions for iOS consumer products Experience with third-party payments, ideally Stripe, for B2C subscription products Strong technical and analytical fluency, particularly with complex payment systems Proven ability to own complex products from strategy through execution
