The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and contributes to team growth and success. As a key member of our team, you will operate various production printers and finishing equipment to complete projects accurately and efficiently according to client specifications. Responsibilities Reading work orders Operating production printers Operating finishing machines Maintaining production records Ensuring quality control procedures are followed Following our production process Contributing to the development of creative solutions for utilizing equipment Maintaining an organized and clean production facility Communicating effectively with team members and maintaining a consistent schedule to meet client deadlines Qualifications At least 2 years of experience in print and finishing equipment operation Positive attitude and strong work ethic Effective communication skills Ability to multitask and work independently Ability to lift up to 50 lbs safely About the Role In this dynamic role, you will operate digital printing presses and complementary bindery equipment, ensuring projects are completed promptly and following our production process. You will contribute to the development of creative solutions for utilizing equipment and maintain an organized and clean production facility. Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to work independently while following directions, communicate effectively with team members, and maintain a consistent schedule to meet client deadlines.
