Coverage Coordinator

GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES:

Using established staffing plans, responsible to ensure coverage is secured for each residential home in Oneida County as well as the health and safety of people we support.

IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR:

Director of Residential Operations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors Degree and 1 year experience in working with people who are developmentally disabled, or
• Associates Degree and 3 years experience in working in an OPWDD residential home, or a
• High School Diploma and 5 years experience in working in an OPWDD residential home.
• At least one year experience in scheduling.
• Must be proficient in Deputy time and attendance application.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Must be able to effectively communicate via multiple means, such as written, telephone, email and text.
• Ability to travel between sites and meet Agency qualifications to drive Agency vehicles.
• Valid NYS Driver's License
