Handyman - Project Lead

Job Location: All American Facility Maintenance - Sunrise, FL 33325 Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: $56,000.00 - $59,000.00 Responsibilities Supervise, coordinate, and support a team of handyman and maintenance technicians Assign daily work orders and prioritize tasks based on urgency and client needs Inspect completed work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met Perform hands-on repairs and maintenance tasks as needed (plumbing, electrical, drywall, carpentry, painting, etc.) Respond to emergency maintenance requests and troubleshoot on-site issues Train and mentor junior technicians to improve skill level and productivity Maintain accurate records of work orders, materials used, and job completion status Ensure all tools, equipment, and company vehicles are properly maintained Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors when necessary Enforce OSHA safety standards and company safety protocols Communicate regularly with management regarding project status and workforce needs Qualifications 3–7 years of general maintenance, handyman, or facilities repair experience 1–3 years of supervisory or lead technician experience preferred Strong knowledge of basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repairs Ability to read and interpret work orders, blueprints, or service instructions Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively Valid driver’s license with clean driving record Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environmental conditions OSHA certification (preferred but not required) #J-18808-Ljbffr All American Facility Maintenance
