Job Responsibilities:

This position involves comprehensive nursing assessments, medication administration, and ensuring resident care plans are followed. You will be responsible for documenting resident conditions, responding to call lights, and educating residents and their families. You will also participate in quality improvement processes and complete the MDS for Nursing.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you should be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with prior experience in a similar position preferred. You must maintain required certifications and licensure for the state of practice.
