We're a locally owned and operated delivery company dedicated to providing exceptional service to our community. No CDL required - if you have a regular driver's license, you can start your delivery driver career with us in 1-2 weeks. Job Description Must be at least 21 years old Valid, non-provisional, unrestricted driver's license (non CDL - no commercial license needed) Authorized to work in the United States Able to pass background check and 4-Panel Drug Screening (does not test for marijuana) Satisfactory motor vehicle record Ability to lift, push, pull, and maneuver packages up to 70 lbs repeatedly No prior delivery driver, warehouse, or courier experience required - we train you What You'll Do Start your shift at our West Fargo warehouse, load your van, and deliver on time using GPS Drive safely and follow all traffic laws and company policies Provide excellent customer service in all weather conditions Use a smartphone for scanning, navigation, and team communication Help teammates with rescue stops when needed 10-hour shifts (weekdays & weekends based on business needs) $23 per hour - Weekly Pay Opportunity for performance incentives and seasonal bonuses (eligibility subject to plan terms) Medical, Dental & Vision insurance (for those averaging 30+ hours/week) Paid Time Off accrues immediately 401(k) plan Access to 50% of earned wages before payday (Payactiv/ZayZoon) Tuition assistance, advancement opportunities, and more Equipment Provided: Delivery vehicle, gas, uniforms, and handheld technology.
