As we enter our 25th year, Grooveground is seeking an experienced manager to grow our operations. We’re looking for personable, dynamic, results-driven leaders to work side-by-side with our team to exceed the expectations of our guests and prepare for an exciting 2026.
Candidates with at least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory position are welcome to apply. A foodservice or cafe background is preferred.
The position oversees the following areas:
- Budgeting
- Ordering & Inventory
- Employee Schedules & Staffing
- Retail and Event Management
- Staff Development
- General Operations & Store Standards
- Food and Beverage Operations
- Reopening, procedures, and systems implementation
- Miscellaneous assignments

The following experience is preferred :
- Management and/or supervisory experience: 2+ years
- Experience in foodservice and retail environments: 2+ years
