Senior International Capability Development SME (Interoperability)

Streamline Defense is seeking qualified candidates to serve as Senior International Capability Development Subject Matter Experts within the J3-International (J3-I) Interoperability Branch at U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), MacDill AFB, Tampa, Florida. Multiple positions are available. This position is contingent upon contract award. The Interoperability Branch supports partner nations in developing capability roadmaps, improving integration with U.S. SOF, and enabling partner nation participation across USSOCOM capability development efforts including training, education, force development, and exercises.

Requirements:

• TS/SCI clearance
• Graduate of a U.S. SOF component selection and assessment program (SFQC, BUD/S, or equivalent)
• Bachelor's degree in international relations or related field
• 15 years combined military SOF and regional experience working special operations in a joint, combined, and interagency environment
• Completion of a formal DoD Security Cooperation program of instruction (e.g., DAU, JSOU, CGSC, or U.S. Army/Navy Special Warfare courses), OR operational experience working with international military forces (JCET, exercises, or joint combined operations), OR assignment to an international military organization or coordination center
• Graduate of a Joint Professional Military Education course, Intermediate Development Course, or Senior Professional Military Education course
• Experience with Foreign Disclosure and international partner information exchanges
