Simple Body is a natural skincare company that specializes in plant-based products at affordable prices, making natural skincare accessible to all. Our priority is to create products that are safe for consumers and for the environment. At Simple Body, we aim to disrupt the beauty industry by adopting a direct-to-consumer model that helps us price our products competitively in the market. We focus on educating our customers about clean beauty and assist them with their transition to natural cosmetics. Additionally, we strive to be a one-stop shop for all their natural product needs.We value our team and invest in their growth. We provide a comprehensive 30-day training program to help our team members develop their skills and advance their careers alongside our business. Position Hours: Thursday - Saturday 10 am - 6 pm (24 HOURS PER WEEK)

About the Sales Associate position
- A successful Sales Associate will engage in courteous and professional customer interactions
- Ensuring exceptional service delivery
- Demonstrate strong sales acumen to effectively promote and sell our product range
- Acquire a comprehensive knowledge of all products, including ingredients, benefits, and proper usage, and offer personalized product recommendations
- Conduct skincare consultations to meet customer needs
- Assume responsibility for conducting financial transactions and utilizing the point-of-sale system accurately
- Adhere strictly to established cleaning protocols to maintain a clean and hygienic environment
- Manage inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of shelves
- Collaborate in the execution of retail merchandising strategies, including creating captivating window displays
- Exhibit a long-term commitment to training, acquiring the ability to assist in the manufacturing process and meticulously follow formulas for consistent product replication
- Undertake additional duties as required to contribute to the smooth operation of the business
- Display excellent communication skills, consistently provide exceptional customer service, exhibit adaptability, and demonstrate a proactive approach to tasks.
