Key Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Active or eligible state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience supporting pediatric or school-aged populations is highly valued
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and work both independently and as a cooperative team member

Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of children presenting with speech and language disorders
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
• Lead engaging therapy sessions focused on achieving specific speech and language objectives
• Diligently monitor, assess, and document student progress
• Communicate openly and effectively with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure an integrated approach
• Educate and involve families as active partners in the therapy process
