Work Environment

This role will be performed remotely, allowing you the flexibility to manage your schedule while remaining dedicated to providing care to your clients. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments to determine the mental health needs of clients, incorporating evidence-based approaches tailored to individual cases.
• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and groups, ensuring that treatment integrates personalized and evidence-based strategies that align with your clients’ specific goals.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
• Valid Washington State license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Licensure in any of the following specialties is required: LICSW, LMFT, LMHC.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a behavioral health setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary between USD 100,000 and 105,000 per year, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
