Overview We are seeking a dedicated and organized Front Desk Coordinator to join our office. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support in a fast-paced medical environment. Your ability to manage patient interactions, coordinate appointments, and maintain accurate records will be essential in ensuring a smooth patient experience. **Pay is based on experience** Must have dental experience** Responsibilities Greet patients upon arrival and assist them with check-in procedures. Schedule, confirm, and manage patient appointments efficiently. Maintain patient records, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date. Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries regarding services, appointments, and insurance information. Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate smooth patient flow and communication. Process patient insurance claims and verify eligibility as needed. Educate patients on office policies, procedures, and services offered. Ensure compliance with medical regulations and confidentiality standards. Requirements Previous experience in a dental office or medical office setting is preferred. Strong knowledge of dental terminology is a plus. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Proficiency in office software applications and electronic health record systems is desirable. A compassionate demeanor with a focus on providing outstanding patient care.
