Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Yakima, Washington. This position involves providing patient care in a Level III trauma center with pediatric and adult emergencies. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The role offers the opportunity to work in a busy, high-acuity environment with a diverse patient population.

• Required Qualifications: Certifications: Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC); Education: Valid nursing license; Years of Experience: Minimum 3 years in a large volume Emergency Department with high acuity patients; Location: Washington State;
• Preferred Qualifications: Pediatric emergency medicine experience; experience with Point of Care Labs; familiarity with Epic electronic medical record system.
• Additional Information: Work in a Level III trauma center with a patient ratio of 1:3-5 based on acuity; fast track setting with 13 beds; ER is set up in zones; no floating requirement; every other weekend rotation; no on-call required; scrub color any, no logos.
