Shipping Coordinator

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Shipping Coordinator for a contract-to-hire, on-site position with a Leading Technology Firm located in Columbus, OH. Pay Rate: $20.00 per hour

This role's primary responsibility is to process incoming packages, match them to the correct order number, add any requested accessories, and ship them to the end-user. The coordinator will ensure accuracy by double-checking orders against devices received and will also manage inventory, process returns, and assist with various logistics tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Processing and tracking incoming shipments
• Managing the inventory of devices and accessories
• Matching incoming devices to open orders
• Processing shipments quickly to achieve shipping-related service level agreements (SLA)
• Recording all data for outbound shipments
• Processing return orders from clients
• Equipping and provisioning devices as required
• Assisting with the final order review
• Assisting with tasks to ensure Logistics and client run smoothly
• Providing support to Helpdesk, Logistics, and Project Management teams
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and, at times, stressful environment
