If so, a well‑known manufacturer in the Die Cast Industry is looking to add an Operations/Machining Manager to lead their Finishing/Machining Department! Hiring immediately! If that describes you, we need to talk! What your future day will look like: Lead a machining department consisting of 3 Supervisors, 1 Machining Engineer, 3 CNC Set Up Techs and about 30 CNC Operators. Plan, organize and assign work assignments for the department. Mentor and manage training of new associates. Estimate/quote accurate cycle times ensuring timely delivery to company clients. Work with Sales/Engineering to provide accurate quotes to customers. Work with maintenance to schedule PMs and ensure equipment is in proper working order. Support safety standards ensuring that a strong safety culture is fostered throughout the department. Benefits Offered: Company offers a competitive benefits plan!
