Respiratory Therapist II (RRT) - Day Shift

What We Offer: As a Registered Respiratory Therapist at Novant Health, you will establish an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualized respiratory plans of care that promote optimal health or a comforting peaceful death. You will utilize best scientific evidence and compassion to assist the patient in navigating their health journey. You will accept responsibility, authority, and accountability for management and provision of care in accordance with the current policies and procedures. What We’re Looking For: Education: 2‑Year / Associate Degree, required. 4‑Year / Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
