RR Mechanic in high volume shop

We are looking for a general service mechanic to join our team and help our customers take great care of their vehicles. Responsibilities Perform basic maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections. Conduct thorough multi-point vehicle inspections and identify potential issues. Assist with minor repairs such as belt and hose replacement, fluid exchanges, and battery installations. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow safety guidelines and company procedures. Provide excellent customer service and communicate findings to service advisors. Qualifications Previous experience in automotive service or mechanical work preferred. Basic knowledge of vehicle systems and maintenance procedures. Knowledge of shop equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Deadline and detail-oriented. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Valid driver’s license. MIDAS locations are independently owned and operated by franchisees.
