Overview
Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate to join a leading law firm in Dallas. This role focuses on complex real estate joint ventures, offering hands-on experience working with institutional investors on high-value transactions.
Responsibilities
- Structure and manage real estate joint venture transactions
- Draft and negotiate joint venture agreements and related contracts
- Advise clients on ownership structures and investment strategies
- Assess legal and business risks across transactions
- Support deals from term sheet through closing
Qualifications
- Experience in real estate transactions and contract drafting
- Joint venture experience preferred
- Strong negotiation and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple high-level projects
- Texas Bar admission required
