This is not a support role. You will be the technical lead on commissioning, the person internal teams and clients depend on to validate work, resolve issues, and sign off projects. The Role:

• Lead commissioning activities for Solar PV and BESS projects - hands-on and oversight responsibility
• Technical authority for test procedures, third-party commissioning review, and customer-facing reporting
• Troubleshoot field issues and own resolution across controls, protection, and testing
• Work across the full project lifecycle from design through startup, turnover, and final acceptance
