About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President/Marketing Director to lead the development and execution of comprehensive, integrated marketing strategies. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the acquisition, retention, and expansion of client relationships across all business lines and channels. This role demands a deep understanding of the digital landscape, and the ability to deliver holistic marketing solutions that enhance the client experience. The Marketing Director will oversee the implementation of digital banking and marketing programs, lead demand generation efforts, and ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity. They will also be tasked with managing a team, setting KPIs, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Applicants for the Marketing Director position at the company should have a proven track record in client acquisition, retention, and growth strategies within the banking industry.
