We're Hiring: Business Analyst / Data Analyst (BA/DA)Not sure what skills you will need for this opportunity Simply read the full description below to get a complete picture of candidate requirements.AGM Tech Solutions is partnering with a global technology company to identify a technically strong, analytical, and customer-focused Business Analyst / Data Analyst to support data governance, process improvement, and Tier 3 technical support.We're looking for someone who enjoys digging into complex data issues, troubleshooting backend discrepancies, and working directly with customers and technical teams to drive solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesInvestigate and resolve complex data integrity issues and backend discrepancies.Provide Tier 3 application support and work directly with customers to resolve concerns.Analyze business processes, document workflows, and identify opportunities for improvement.Manage data governance activities and workflows in ServiceNow.Use SQL, advanced Excel, and reporting tools to analyze, manipulate, and validate data.Partner with business stakeholders and technical teams to maintain data accuracy and resolve issues.Required QualificationsExperience in a combined Business Analyst / Data Analyst role.Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow, advanced Excel, and SQL.Experience with Power BI or Tableau.Understanding of data governance, data integrity, and process mapping.Background in Tier 3 technical or application support.Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills, including the ability to de-escalate challenging customer situations.The Ideal CandidateYou're a detail-oriented problem-solver who can navigate complex data issues while communicating clearly and professionally with customers.
