We’re currently seeking a Commercial Electrical Foreman to join our team of driven professionals committed to excellence and growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage crews on commercial electrical job sites Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications Coordinate with project managers, inspectors, and other trades Ensure all work is completed according to code, schedule, and safety standards Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and material tracking Train, mentor, and evaluate electrical apprentices and journeymen Requirements 5+ years of commercial electrical experience Proven leadership skills with experience running crews Strong understanding of NEC codes and OSHA safety practices Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferred Benefits Health Insurance - 4 different plans to choose from Dental/Vision/Life 401K Matching Paid Time Off and Paid Holidays Employee Referral Program Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb as needed during the workday. Must be able to work indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions. Ability to safely navigate construction sites, including uneven surfaces and ladders. Must be able to use hand tools and power tools required for electrical tasks. Ability to wear required PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, gloves, boots, etc.). Must be able to perform job duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
