- Build electronic assemblies and sub-assemblies for lasers
- Build and splice optical and fiber assemblies
- Reading blueprints or schematics
- Test and measurement
- Troubleshooting
- Repair
- High-School education in Electronics preferred
- Electronics, optics or fiber training and understanding
- Electronics, soldering, optics, fiber or component level assembly
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and schematics
- Data entry skills
- Regular and reliable attendance and the ability to work overtime are essential functions of this job
