Smokin Fins in Littleton, Colorado, is looking for Part TIme AM/PM Sushi chefs for immediate openings. Must be able to work nights and weekends. If you are looking for a great job in the culinary field working for a scratch kitchen, come down and turn in a resume today!

$19 - $21 Starting DOE

We are looking for Highly Motivated, High Energy, Very Personable Professional Team Members with Full-Service experience to join our growing concept.

Please apply online or bring a resume and interview in person Monday through Friday 10:00 am - 11:30 am or 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm, 2575 W. Main St., Littleton, CO. Be prepared and be presentable.

Responsibilities

Help in the preparation of all Sushi related food menus
Produce high-quality plates both design and taste wise
Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Requirements

1-2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
Familiar with industry’s best practices

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 /hour
