Smokin Fins in Littleton, Colorado, is looking for Part TIme AM/PM Sushi chefs for immediate openings. Must be able to work nights and weekends. If you are looking for a great job in the culinary field working for a scratch kitchen, come down and turn in a resume today!

We are looking for Highly Motivated, High Energy, Very Personable Professional Team Members with Full-Service experience to join our growing concept.

Responsibilities

• Help in the preparation of all Sushi related food menus
• Produce high-quality plates both design and taste wise
• Ensure that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality standards
• Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards
• Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience as a Sushi Chef
• Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and procedures
• Excellent record of kitchen and staff management
• Accuracy and speed in handling emergency situations and providing solutions
• Familiar with industry’s best practices

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $19.00 to $21.00 /hour
