PT Supervisor

Overview Levi Strauss & Co. seeks a Supervisor to join its store management team, driving brand equity, customer satisfaction, and financial growth. The role focuses on strategy implementation, operational excellence, and team development. Responsibilities Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth. Coach and mentor team members, fostering a positive shop culture. Manage daily store operations to maintain efficiency and high standards. Ensure exceptional customer service and a welcoming shopping environment. Lead by example, demonstrating courage and willingness to make decisions. Support the leadership team to achieve store performance goals. Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach store associates. Compliance with all Levi's Stores policies and procedures. Consistently meets or exceeds individual and store sales and performance targets. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., maneuver around the store, kneel, carry, reach overhead, and climb ladders. Reliable transportation and age 18 or older.
