Site Warehouse Manager

The Site Warehouse Manager is responsible for end-to-end warehouse and internal material flow execution across the manufacturing site, from receiving through production line feeding and shipment readiness.
The role ensures material availability, inventory accuracy, efficient warehouse operations, and disciplined execution in support of production schedules and customer delivery commitments.

As a Site Warehouse Manager you will:

Material Flow & Production Support

• Own end-to-end material flow including receiving, storage, picking, kitting, line feeding, staging, packing, and shipment readiness.
• Ensure continuous material availability at point of use and prevent internal logistics constraints from impacting production.
• Translate production priorities and schedule changes into effective warehouse execution.
• Proactively identify and resolve material shortages, delays, and flow constraints affecting production.

Warehouse & Inventory Control

• Manage warehouse operations, storage, layout, material organization, dock activities, and space utilization.
• Own inventory accuracy and ensure alignment between physical inventory and ERP/WMS records.
• Establish and execute a robust cycle count program based on inventory risk, value, and transaction activity.
• Ensure cycle count completion, variance investigation, reconciliation, and timely corrective actions.
• Drive transaction discipline across receiving, material movements, transfers, adjustments, and shipments.
• Identify and eliminate root causes of inventory discrepancies, material losses, and recurring system-to-physical variances.

Shipping & Logistics Execution

• Ensure finished goods are complete, accurately packed, staged, and ready for shipment according to production and customer requirements.
• Coordinate dock execution and shipment priorities with Logistics & Transportation.
• Ensure alignment between production completion and shipment readiness.

Operational Excellence & Performance

• Drive continuous improvement using Lean principles, standard work, 5S, visual management, and structured problem solving.
• Improve material handling, travel distance, warehouse utilization, productivity, and overall material flow.
• Monitor and improve key warehouse KPIs, including inventory accuracy, cycle count performance, material availability, picking accuracy, warehouse productivity, and on-time shipment readiness

Leadership & Safety

• Lead and develop warehouse supervisors, leads, material handlers, inventory, and shipping/receiving personnel.
• Ensure appropriate staffing and capabilities aligned with production requirements across shifts.
• Drive accountability, standardization, execution discipline, and adherence to EHS and safety requirements.

We are looking for someone who:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
• 8+ years of warehouse, materials, or internal logistics experience in a manufacturing environment, including people leadership responsibilities.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, cycle counting, material flow, and shipping/receiving.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems, inventory transaction discipline, and performance/KPI management.
• Strong leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement skills, with working knowledge of Lean principles.

Ideally you will also have:

• Experience working in engineering-to-order and/or high-mix low-volume manufacturing environments
• Experience implementing or improving warehouse layout, material flow, or point-of-use delivery systems.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification or equivalent continuous improvement experience applied to logistics processes

What we offer you:

Typical pay is $96,555 – $128,577 annually.

This position is eligible for participation in our Quarterly Incentive Pay Program
