PCA Sales Advisor
GPAC has partnered with a top-rated Agriculture Company looking to add a few well-qualified California based PCA Sales Advisors to their team.
Are you an experienced Pest Control Advisor (PCA) with a strong background in agricultural sales? We're looking for driven, relationship-focused professionals to join our team and help growers maximize crop health, yields, and profitability.
As a PCA Sales Advisor, you'll work directly with growers, farmers, farm managers, and agricultural operations to provide expert recommendations and sell a full portfolio of crop protection chemicals, fertilizers, and seed.
What You'll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with growers and agricultural customers
- Scout fields and provide recommendations for pest, disease, and weed management
- Sell and promote crop protection products, fertilizers, and seed
- Develop new business while growing existing accounts
- Provide agronomic solutions tailored to each grower's needs
- Stay current on crop production practices, products, regulations, and industry trends
- Work closely with customers throughout the growing season to help optimize yields and profitability
What We're Looking For
- Current Pest Control Advisor (PCA) license
- Experience in agricultural sales, agronomy, and crop protection.
- A current book of business or established business relationships within the industry
- Strong knowledge of crop production and pest management
- Proven ability to build relationships and develop a customer base
- Sales-driven, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Agricultural degree or related experience preferred
- Must currently reside in California and have a valid U.S. driving license
