EPM Engineer

• Serve as the primary end user-facing support specialist for the CyberArk EPM product
• Monitor incoming support tickets from intake and ensure timely response
• Support end u (troubleshooting, guiding through setup, etc.)
• Contact u directly to guide them through troubleshooting steps
• Handle new user onboarding for the EPM product
• Communicate with internal u effectively. Must be composed, articulate, and confident
• Collaborate with the team to support adoption of the EPM platform
• Provide clear explanations to u who may not be technically strong

Required Skills & Experience
• Strong end user facing communication skills. Ability to be confident, clear and hold a steady presence on calls
• Prior cybersecurity or endpoint security experience (work or school)


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Familiarity with CyberArk Endpoint Protection Manager / Privileged Manager (EPM)
• Any background supporting CyberArk products specifically
• Strong customer service or help desk background in enterprise environments
