Castle Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in Round Rock! Schedule (days/hours)

Starting with Monday, Wednesday, Friday 9am-5pm then moving to 4 days a week

Responsibilities

• Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures
• Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments
• Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records
• Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency
• Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience
• Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams

Qualifications

• TX RDA Certification
• CPR
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience

Compensation

$23-$25/hour offering a $1000 Sign on Bonus
