The Mission As an Assistant Center Director, you're helping ensure every student who walks through our doors develops the confidence and skills to excel. You will drive the center's growth by turning inquiries into enrollments and instructors into mentors. What You'll Do Lead & Inspire: Help recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team of instructors. Drive Growth: Manage sales, lead conversion, and local marketing to hit revenue goals. Build Community: Help the Center Director be a point of contact for parents and local schools, providing world-class customer service. Ensure Quality: Oversee the "Mathnasium Method," ensuring student learning plans are accurate and effective. Operations: Help process billing and scheduling to keep the center customer-ready. Who You Are A People Person: You can talk to anyone, from a struggling 2nd grader to a high school principal. Results-Oriented: You want to help and love hitting targets. Highly Organized: Ability to multitaskfrom scheduling and student assessments to binder buildingyou can do it all without breaking a sweat. Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with Google Suite and learning new management software. Requirements The Details Schedule: Full-time. Hours vary depending on location and time of year, weekend and evening are required Background: A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred. Training: We provide comprehensive training to master the Mathnasium Method within your first 90 days. Math proficiency as determined by a skills evaluation on topics ranging up to Algebra I and Geometry Compensation & Benefits Salary: Starting at $39,000 Bonus: Performance-based incentives tied to center growth and objectives.
