Desktop & User Support Technician 24/7 On-Call (Medical Campus)

The State University of New York at Buffalo, within the Jacobs School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences, seeks a Desktop Support/User Support Technician for PC hardware, networking, and application issues. You will assist students, faculty, and staff and coordinate with central IT and AV services. The role requires on-site presence at 955 Main Street with core hours 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m., Monday–Friday, plus a 24/7 rotating on-call schedule.
