Senior Technical Writer

To develop comprehensive technical documentation for enterprise insurance platforms, the 100% remote Senior Technical Writer will collaborate with architects, developers, and business analysts, focusing on Guidewire systems and related integrations. Key responsibilities Create and maintain technical documentation for Guidewire and enterprise insurance applications Document system architecture, APIs, integrations, data mappings, and end-to-end business processes Translate complex technical concepts into clear documentation for both technical and non-technical audiences Required qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer supporting enterprise software implementations Hands-on experience documenting Guidewire (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter) and/or EIS platforms Strong understanding of system integrations, APIs, and enterprise application architecture Experience creating technical documentation, implementation guides, and knowledge base articles Proficiency with documentation tools such as Confluence, Jira, Visio, or Lucidchart
