Description:
General comments about the unit include the following:

The unit has a total of 20 beds.

The staffing consists of a charge nurse and five nurses on the day shift, along with two patient care technicians and one health unit coordinator.

On the night shift, there is a charge nurse and five nurses, along with two patient care technicians.

The estimated patient ratios range from 4 to 5 patients per nurse.

The unit utilizes Meditech for electronic medical records.

The skill set most recruited for is PCU skill competency, which is essential for consideration for this role.

Candidates with additional skills related to typical procedures performed within the unit will be prioritized.

The best personality fit for this position is preferred.

Weekends are rotating, with requirements to work on weekends as needed.
